• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77viptaka reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes are refunded.
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays. Only the last confirmed odds are considered valid.
• Placing opposing bets on the same outcome in the same match (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on 77viptaka. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

77viptaka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Providing false or misleading information during KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Where a user has requested self-exclusion.

• Betting losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Any loss caused by technical issues on the user's own device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.

• Any loss resulting from sharing your account details with a third party.

Under any circumstances, 77viptaka's total liability shall not exceed the user's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.
